Return Policy
In order to bring convenience and the best experience to customers, topbirdfeedersonline.com has appropriate policies when customers have a need to return products. We always want to bring our customers the best products and service.

The return of products comes with some specific conditions, please refer to the details below:

1. Product exchange/return conditions:

Products do not match in color, design, size according to the order.
Manufacturer’s technical defect.
Returned products must be new, intact, not torn or cracked, show no signs of being washed and used.
Products must have full stamps, labels, warranty cards and purchase invoices.
The exchanged product is still within the allowable return period.
Applied to products purchased online (website) and directly at showroom topbirdfeedersonline.com, we do not support orders purchased at other locations.
Not applicable to products in other promotions and liquidation products.
The customer can only return the product provided that topbirdfeedersonline.com does not have another similar product (color, model, size) to replace.
2. Time limit for product exchange/return:

Product exchange period: 10 days for customers who buy online and 7 days for customers who buy directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods.
Product return term: 07 days for customers buying online and 3 days for customers buying directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods.
If the above time is exceeded, we will not accept exchange / return products for any reason.

3. Time limit for returning products to customers

For customers buying online:
Right after receiving your exchange/return product, we will conduct a product evaluation and notify the results and solution to the customer within 3 to 5 days.
For customers buying directly at the store:
Customers bring products to be exchanged/returned directly to the store on the invoice, the store staff will check the product status and offer solutions at the store. Staff at the store will advise specifically for customers to choose the best option.
4. Product exchange/return form:

Products can only be exchanged/returned once
Please go directly to topbirdfeedersonline.com store listed on the purchase invoice (for customers in Ho Chi Minh City)
For customers in other areas, please call Hotline +47 291 72 581 directly or send a request to email [email protected]
  After receiving a confirmation email from topbirdfeedersonline.com, you pack the product with full accessories, invoices, warranty card, … and send it to 4590 Harrison Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403

5. Fee refund form:

     5.1 In case of product exchange

If the customer wants to exchange for another product with a higher price than the exchanged product, the customer must make up for it and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
     In case customers buy online:

topbirdfeedersonline.com will bear 100% of the shipping fee for customers if the exchanged product fully meets the conditions mentioned in Section 1 (conditions for product exchange/return)
In case the customer has paid online for the first product, the difference will be paid for the exchanged product (if any) by bank transfer.
The time to receive new goods is no later than 7 days from the date topbirdfeedersonline.com receives the product to be exchanged.
     In case the customer buys directly at the store

The product is not defective but the customer still requests to change, the customer will lose 10% of the total bill.
Customers who have paid for the first product, will pay the difference for the exchanged product (if any) in cash.
     5.2 In case of product return:

100% refund will be given if topbirdfeedersonline.com does not have a replacement product and the product must meet the conditions stated in Section 1.
topbirdfeedersonline.com will bear all shipping costs during product return.
In case customers have paid online, they will be refunded within 30 days from the date topbirdfeedersonline.com receives the returned products.
Note: topbirdfeedersonline.com encourages customers to take photos of products before exchanging / returning goods, keeping the product will help customers as evidence if there are problems arising during the return process.
